Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 14 January 2026
Shelfie sometimes includes links to retailers so you can buy (or preview) a book you’ve discovered. Some of those links are affiliate links.
What that means
- If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Shelfie may earn a small commission.
- This does not change the price you pay.
- We use affiliate revenue to help cover hosting and keep improving Shelfie.
Programmes
Shelfie currently participates in the Amazon Associates programme. We may add other programmes in the future (for example, Bookshop.org). When we do, we’ll update this page.
Cookies and retailer tracking
Retailers set and manage their own cookies and tracking on their sites. Those cookies can be used to attribute a purchase to a referral link.
Shelfie doesn’t control retailer cookies, and we can’t see what cookies a retailer sets. For details, check the retailer’s own privacy policy.
Payments and purchases
Shelfie does not process payments. When you buy a book, you’re buying directly from the retailer. We do not receive your payment details or order information.
